Ticket Distribution Update

Over half of our graduating students have picked up tickets for the ceremony. There is one week left to put in a request for the ticket lottery. 

After we fulfill the lottery requests, we cannot guarantee more than the 4 reserved tickets for each student. Please work with your counselor to finish up your graduation requirements so you can request your tickets by Friday, May 24.

• Ticket distribution is every day only during student lunch.
• 4 tickets are reserved for each student in the ceremony.
• Students can request up to 14 total tickets.
• Now – May 24 — Students can get up to 6 tickets and request more through the ticket lottery.
• May 28 – 10 — Lottery requests will be available to pick up. If you request tickets through the lottery, they will be ready on this date.

Look for your student number in the list. Student names are not published in the checklist for your privacy. 

Students must be cleared to graduate to receive tickets and participate in the ceremony. Check with your counselor for help completing your graduation requirements.

Name Readers
Students voted, and our staff members said "Yes!" This year's graduation name readers are Mr. Blackburn, Ms. Crews, Ms. Haberman, and Ms. Iacovetta. Thank you to all of the students who voted. We're so excited to help you celebrate your achievement! 

Cap and Gown Pickup Day: May 30

Cap and gown distribution is scheduled for May 30, during the Spring Social. Remember, the complete graduation uniform includes a BLUE gown and cap, a tassel, and a white Churchill stole.

To borrow a complete graduation uniform, or any part of the uniform, from the school, email Jill Reents at reents_ji@4j.lane.edu. Include the graduate's name and height.

Grad Party 2024 

The Graduation Party is community-sponsored. Liability is the responsibility of the organizers.

You definitely don't want to miss the grad party! Get ready for a night full of fun, laughter, and exciting surprises! With door prizes and raffles for even more thrilling goodies, this party is not to be missed! 

Tickets are $35 with scholarships available.

Ticket Sales

Grad Party tickets can be registered and paid for at the parent information meeting on Thursday, April 18 as well as by dropping off registration and payment to the CHS front office or coming to one of the designated sales dates on campus (see the flyer below).

Papa's Pizza, May 23 

Our last fundraiser will be a Papa's Pizza all-day Fundraiser on May 23 (bring in a flyer and 50% of proceeds support the Grad Party).
