Welcome to the first edition of the class of 2025 Graduation at a G'Lance, the official e-newsletter for the Churchill High School class of 2025 graduation! Throughout the school year, this newsletter will be your primary source of information for all things related to the graduation ceremony, senior class events, and the parent-sponsored Graduation Party. Miners Graduate Services provides Churchill's official graduation gowns and announcements. 

All graduating students must wear a blue cap and gown, tassel, and white stole to the graduation ceremony.

Financial assistance is available through the school. Please check with your school counselor or the Churchill front office.

I hope this message finds you well and excited for the upcoming milestone year for our students. As we prepare for the Class of 2025’s graduation, I am thrilled to announce the formation of the Graduation Party Committee, and I warmly invite you to be part of the planning process!

Our first meeting will be held on October 2nd at 6:00 PM in the school library. This meeting will be a great opportunity to begin brainstorming ideas for fundraising activities and the details of the graduation party itself. I would love to have a diverse group of parents involved to ensure we create a memorable and meaningful celebration for our graduates.

I am also seeking enthusiastic volunteers to take on key roles within the committee. The committee could benefit from individuals interested in serving as:

If you have a passion for event planning or financial management and are interested in one of these positions, or if you simply want to contribute in any way you can, please join us at the meeting!

Your involvement will be invaluable as we work together to make this event special for our students. I look forward to seeing you on October 2nd and collaborating with you to make the Class of 2025’s graduation celebration a huge success!
