As we gear up for parent-teacher conferences this year, we want to give a massive shout-out to our incredible staff who will be working a marathon 12-hour day on Monday, November 24. Their dedication to our students and school community is truly amazing, and we want to make sure they're well-fed and energized for it!

We're organizing a potluck lunch for them on that long day and invite all families to pitch in and show your appreciation.

How You Can Help

Your contributions are heartily welcomed! Please sign up to bring a dish or lend a hand.

1. Sign up below to contribute one of the items needed.
2. Bring your contribution to the front office between 8:00 am and 10:30 am on Monday, November 24th.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes are welcome. If your dish follows one of these dietary preferences, please include a small note or label clearly indicating this (e.g., "Vegetarian," "Gluten-Free," or listing key ingredients). This helps ensure all staff members can safely enjoy the meal!

Retrieving Your Dishes

Since many of you will be sending your own crockpots and serving dishes, please clearly label all your items with your name or family name (a piece of masking tape works great for this!) so we can easily identify your items when you come to pick them up. Please plan to pick them up at one of the following times:

• After 12:00 pm on Monday, November 24th
• Between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 25th

Every contribution is deeply appreciated and will help sustain our teachers and staff throughout their busy day. Thank you for your support—we look forward to a successful set of conferences!
